The Xtreme Group (TXG) is an important player in the aviation sector, spanning the full value chain of aviation services. This encompasses aircraft and engine component MRO, as well as the management of airline operations. Its strategic approach has led TXG to establish an aviation enterprise that is fully vertically integrated, providing exceptional advantages and a plethora of expansion opportunities.

AROD Holdings is a regional Logistics Conglomerate with 18 years in the market. Its inception in 2005 in courier logistics began through the acquisition of the Belize DHL Franchise. The Group then expanded into FMCG Distribution (Abbot, Colgate, GSK, Lala, etc.). Later, AROD expanded as well into the P.O. Box industry and Trucking Logistics focuses in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Belize.

Alejandro Falck – VP of Sales & Business Ops

Alex Falck is an influential Sales Director with extensive experience in direct sales, new product and service development, logistics management and international business expansion. Currently, Alex heads the sales division of 7Air Cargo and has significantly increased market share in Latin America and the Caribbean through innovative sales strategies and strong customer relationship management. Previously, as Sales Director for different logistics companies (Air, Land and Maritime), he improved team performance and expanded customer portfolios by fostering key partnerships and driving strategic sales initiatives. His track record in the US and Latin American market further solidified his prowess in analyzing market trends and optimizing sales results. Alex’s academic background in systems engineering and an MBA in marketing and finance support his analytical approach to driving business growth and operational excellence.
