The Xtreme Group and AROD Holdings

The Xtreme Group (TXG) is an important player in the aviation sector, spanning the full value chain of aviation services. This encompasses aircraft and engine component MRO, as well as the management of airline operations. Its strategic approach has led TXG to establish an aviation enterprise that is fully vertically integrated, providing exceptional advantages and a plethora of expansion opportunities.

AROD Holdings is a regional Logistics Conglomerate with 18 years in the market. Its inception in 2005 in courier logistics began through the acquisition of the Belize DHL Franchise. The Group then expanded into FMCG Distribution (Abbot, Colgate, GSK, Lala, etc.). Later, AROD expanded as well into the P.O. Box industry and Trucking Logistics focuses in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Belize.

Amos Rodríguez - CEO

Amasvido Rodriguez, a George T. Baker graduate and an American success story, has over 45 years of experience in aviation. He is in charge of aircraft heavy maintenance and AOG recovery worldwide, as well as being an aircraft operator. He is responsible for ensuring that aircraft are returned to service on time, within budget, and safely for customers of the like of Delta, DHL, Atlas, among many others. Better known as Amos in the aviation industry, he is currently the Vice President of The Xtreme Group and CEO of 7AIR.

Alvaro Rodríguez - President

Álvaro Rodríguez is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in logistics management, distribution, and business development in the air and land logistics sectors. As a co-founder and executive at various enterprises, Álvaro has consistently driven significant growth and market positioning. At 7Air Cargo, he spearheads our full operations focusing on specialized cargo flights between Miami, Central America, and the Caribbean. His leadership has resulted in sustained annual growth for over a decade, showcasing his ability to innovate and expand business operations effectively.

Mario Abad - Principal

Mario Abad is an accomplished executive leader within the aviation and logistics industries, known for driving exponential growth and spearheading strategic initiatives. His career spans various roles, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Flagship Transport LLC, where he revolutionized driver payment methods and dramatically expanded sales. At AeroThrust, Mario led the company from bankruptcy to a $130M sale, securing major contracts and competitively positioning the company in the market. Mario has been nominated for Executive of the Year by Aviation News and has received Supplier of the Year awards from Delta Air Lines and the USPS.

Juan Rodríguez -CFO

Juan Rodríguez is a founder and executive known for his strategic prowess in scaling technology businesses and leading sustainable innovation. As the founder and former CEO of Kingo, he spearheaded initiatives to bring renewable energy and connectivity to off-grid LATAM communities, managing over $50 million in investments. At Tora Labs, Juan enhanced corporate and startup operations across LATAM and the U.S. through technology-driven economic growth. Currently, he is in charge of setting and optimizing the financial strategy of the Company. His experience as an entrepreneur and financial and operational leader, has earned him recognitions from Forbes, MIT, CITI, and the Aspen Institute.

Kate Velez – Director of Cargo Operations

Kate brings over 30 years of expertise in the aviation industry, with a solid background in air cargo operations. She is an accomplished professional with proven skills in operations management, team leadership, and airline/airport logistics. Throughout her career, Kate has held a variety of positions with multiple airlines, gaining extensive expertise in roles such as Cargo Agent, Ground Operations Coordinator, Operations Duty Manager, Ground Operations Manager, IEP Safety Auditor, Station Manager, and now Director of Cargo Operations for 7Air. Her commitment to professional development is reflected in her certifications, which include IATA Aviation Internal Auditor, IATA/IOSA Auditor Training, and Dangerous Goods Certification. As Director of Cargo Operations for 7Air, Kate will lead the department, ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are effectively documented and adhered to in compliance with FAA regulations. Additionally, she will oversee daily operations, ensuring that production levels meet demand while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Alejandro Falck – Cargo Manager

Alex Falck is an influential Sales Director with extensive experience in direct sales, new product and service development, logistics management and international business expansion. Currently, Alex heads the sales division of 7Air Cargo and has significantly increased market share in Latin America and the Caribbean through innovative sales strategies and strong customer relationship management. Previously, as Sales Director for different logistics companies (Air, Land and Maritime), he improved team performance and expanded customer portfolios by fostering key partnerships and driving strategic sales initiatives. His track record in the US and Latin American market further solidified his prowess in analyzing market trends and optimizing sales results. Alex’s academic background in systems engineering and an MBA in marketing and finance support his analytical approach to driving business growth and operational excellence.

Sergio Vela - CTO

Sergio Vela is an accomplished technology executive with over 18 years of leadership regulated and unregulated sectors. At Tora Labs and Healthcare.com, he has driven substantial revenue growth through strategic innovations and efficient platform management that handles millions of users. His expertise in leading successful funding rounds and navigating company exits, alongside his ability to develop agile processes, has earned him recognition on the INC 500 and Deloitte 500 lists. Sergio’s robust experience in building bidirectional markets and influenced by tenures at Amazon and Microsoft showcase his prowess in technological innovation and strategic business development.
